What remains is her singular idea of the future and looking back to the previous. Scopa Italian Roots, which Lofaso created in 2013 was a huge success because it was inspired by her Italian roots. Lofaso has been praised for her unique interpretation of Italian dishes. Lofaso is consistently loved by the Scopa's customers because the food is authentic and deliciously satisfying. Lofaso learned from culinary giants with sophisticated cooking techniques. However, she did not fear taking extraordinary risk to follow her own instincts. She rose quickly through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago and was able to make a difference in the kitchens of famous chefs located in Los Angeles while working closely with numerous celebrities. Lofaso along with Sal Aurora partnered in 2011 to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City. Lofaso was able to settle in the Black Market. Lofaso was able to achieve the creativity she craved thanks to her partnership. Black Market's goal is to not be constrained by any means. One course may begin with potatoes chips, peppers and some dill. This could be followed by Korean meatballs and wings. Antonia is the center in this array.
