Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, singer of country music and songwriter, when she was a character in the TV show One Tree Hill. She was Alex for the duration of three of the season's final seasons. The show featured her debut albums as country music which helped her debut album on the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. Jana Kramer Kramer was a character on One Tree Hill from 2009 until 2012. Kramer was signed a contract with Elektra Records, and she debuted her contemporary country love tune I Won't give Up in an One Tree Hill 2011 episode. It was featured later on Jana Kramer's debut full-length in the mid-2012 timeframe. The track landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Focusing on her music career thereafter without retiring from acting she was a part of films like Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would draw the attention of her fans. Kramer's second album Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15th, 2015. I Got the Boy - an album that was a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped the album reach the top 10 of the Billboard 200. Beginning in September 2016 her two-month stint on the 23rd episode of Dancing with the Stars ended in a fourth-place finish. The same year, Feels Like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser was hugely popular among adults.
