Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California at the 9th of July 1983. Her first job out of school was in the industry of real estate. It was here that she made friends with Tarek. They enjoyed great success up until 2008, when the market plummeted and many house flippers and real estate investors were bankrupt. As a result of the financial crisis, Tarek and Christina El Moussa were close to losing all their assets. Their apartment was $750 per week, which was a far cry to the $6,000 that they were paying per month for their house. Their business as well as the economy as a whole slowly recovered. HGTV and Rise to Fame Tarek asked an acquaintance to create an HGTV audition video in the year 2011, which featured him and Christina flipping a whole home. Pie Town Productions executive received the tape. The executives fell in adore with Tarek and Christina. They officially signed a HGTV deal in 2012. Flip of Flop was launched in the month of April 2013. Between 2013 between 2013 and 2017, the series was a hit for 7 seasons. Christina and Tarek, who appeared as the main characters, were able to purchase houses, usually mid-income properties in Orange County. Tarek's main focus is demolition and remodelling, while Christina prefers design.
